TES Awards 2025

We are very pleased to share the news that Regent High School has been shortlisted for the 2025 TES Award for Headteacher of the Year. This further national recognition is a significant milestone for our school and marks the fifth major award nomination Regent High School has received in recent years. It is also the third time our school has been shortlisted for a TES Award, underlining a consistent pattern of excellence and commitment to high-quality education.

The TES Schools Awards, often referred to as the “Oscars” of education, recognise the most outstanding individuals and institutions across the country. Our previous TES Award nominations include Headteacher of the Year in 2018 and Secondary School of the Year in 2022. In addition to this, Regent High School has been honoured with two Pearson National Teaching Silver Awards – Teaching Assistant of the Year in 2019 and Secondary School of the Year in 2022. These accolades, awarded by some of the most respected organisations in British education, reflect the dedication, talent and hard work that characterise life at our school. This most recent nomination is not an individual achievement but a collective one. It speaks to the strength of our entire school community – to the relentless commitment and professionalism of our staff, the ambition and determination of our students, the unwavering support of our families, and the strategic guidance and partnership provided by our governors and wider stakeholders. Regent High School is built on collaboration, trust, and shared values, and this recognition affirms what we have built together. The winners of the 2025 TES Awards will be announced at a gala ceremony in Central London on Friday 20 June. It will be a proud moment for us all to see Regent High School once again recognised on a national stage.
