From Hello to Bonjour

In the summer term, our Year 12 and 13 students were given the opportunity to visit Paris as part of their Performing Arts course. The students visited a number of famous French landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower as well an array of art galleries and museums.

The trip proved to be really inspiring for our Sixth Formers with many commenting on the wonderful displays of art and architecture they were able to explore from looking at exhibitions from world-famous international artists. The trip also gave our students the opportunity to practice their language skills and develop their understanding of the French culture.

Visiting Paris was an amazing experience. The City is beautiful and we had the opportunity to view a number of historical monuments and art galleries. My favourite was the Eiffel Tower, one of the most identifiable structures in the world and the global icon of France, which we all found breathtaking. A huge thank you to our teachers who organised the trip. Mahfujur Rahman, G4.
